This home is family owned and is in impeccable condition. Please no smoking or pets. Cleaning supplies will be on hand for any mild soils. The linens will be changed weekly by service. ~ Garage is not available for rental.~

RATE: Weekly rental rate is $1,400 a week.

DUE: Reservations require a 50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION: 21 day cancellation policy will be required.

DEPOSIT - a $700 damage deposit is due at check in. This is completely refundable and will be returned by mail after check out inspection.

CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM on Sunday

CHECK-OUT: 10:00 AM the following Sunday.
